Hmm, a death somewhere undecypherable after a GPU hang, similar in
essence to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-
intel/+bug/405
Is there any way we can improve the stacktrace to actually show the
original faulting address and callers?
