Citrix window minimizes after moving window
I have also noticed what i will call the scared window effect. Which I
feel is somehow related to whatever is going on in this bug.
Reproduce procedure
1-2 from above.
3. Hold ALT + Left click on an application window.
4. Start moving mouse
5. Release left click.

1. Install Citrix Reciever
2. Open a demo cloud application like Word. Available at
http://demo.citrixcloud.net after free login registration at
http://citrixcloud.net/
3. Hold ALT + Left click on an application window.
4. Start moving m
