After I executed this:
sudo apt-get purge fglrx*
sudo apt-get install --reinstall libgl1-mesa-glx xserver-xorg-core
And everything became Ok!

You still have the fglrx driver installed. It won't work right until you
remove it. Post th output you get whyen you run these commands:
sudo apt-get purge fglrx-updates
sudo apt-get install --reinstall libgl1-mesa-glx xserver-xorg-core

Dave, thank you for reply.
But it didn't help.
After reboot it sugget to load in low-quality mode. /etc/X11/xorg.conf was not
created, so I put old onece back and restarted again. Still the same problem.

The problem is that you installed fglrx driver and it does not support
your card.
sudo apt-get purge fglrx-updates
sudo apt-get remove --purge xserver-xorg-video-ati xserver-xorg-video-radeon
sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-ati
sudo apt-get install --reinstall libgl1-mesa-glx libgl1-mesa-d
