Rick Ucker, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com

Additional information: I deleted ~/.config/monitors.xml and let it be re-created the next time I logged in and set up my monitor configuration using the Displays dialog under System Settings. This had no effect (the same issue was present the next time I logged in). I have attached the newly
