That's right. I described real and reproducible case. Somehow Apport
won't report about gnome-settings-daemon (and network-manager service)
crash and reports only about Xorg crash, but I think they all crash and
Xorg just the last one in a chain.

crash in the DDX across server regen, one which I believe is fixed in

Is there any simple way to report such bug with proper attachments?
$ sudo service networking restart
[unity crashes with message "gnome-settings-daemon has crashed"]
Try to restart unity service from another tty
$ sudo service unity restart
then after few unsuccessful attempts to fix it so
