After last update (28 February 2013) Kwin and Compiz can't start. On
Unity I dont have sidebar and upper panel. On KDE panels are black (no
transparency). Glxgears exit with following error:

Xlib:  extension "GLX" missing on display ":0".
Error: couldn't get an RGB, Double-buffered visual

I don't have nVidia graphics card. My gfx hardware is "Intel 4 Series Chipset 
Integrated Graphics Controller":

Primary display adapter: #9

After uninstall screen-resolution-extra, nvidia-common, nvidia-current,
xserver-xorg-video-nouveau everything back to normal. Kwin and compiz
now runs properly. But uninstalling this packages breaks dependence of
VirtualBox 4.2 that needs to be uninstalled.
