problem is there since upgrading from 12.10 to 13.04
dmesg shows [drm:__gen6_gt_force_wake_mt_get] *ERROR* Timed out waiting for
forcewake old ack to clear.]
when kms is disabled problem is not there (aka use nomodeset when kernel boots)
