Yes! The problem is resolved.
I added this ppa: "ppa:tormodvolden/ppa" and installed from that ppa the
packages xorg-server_2:1.13.3-0ubuntu6.1~bug1083022 and
xserver-xorg-video-savage_1:2.3.
