I have run apport-connect as requested.
Laptop still cannot suspend, and freezes when tryng to change brigteness of LCD
screen. It is however bit better as it doesn't freeze when plugging in power
supply.
Problematic element is definitelly graphic card Nvidia "Gallium 0.4 on NV86".

been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an
issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development

I went back to disabling acpi, as only feasible option to use this
laptop.
with either nvidia drivers or development kernel, it kind of works
(laptop doesn't crash when power supply is unplugged) but closing laptop
lid (even with suspend disabled) is crashing laptop.

I just did another test and have installed proprietary Nvidia drivers
(version current) through Jockey and on current kernel 3.2.0-45-generic-
pae and it also seem to help with ACPI.
