I made the next steps for making backligth work:

execute sudo gedit /etc/default/grub
Change this line : GRUB_CMLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
to something like: GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash 
acpi_backlight=vendor"
Execute sudo update-grub and reboot

I made it, because backlight doesn't working after new installation of
Ubuntu 13.04. How to fix it?

My backlight control keys are: Fn + F2, F3
