Public bug reported: I can't stress the video card. With Steam dungeon defenders or Team Fortress 2 the box just hangs for up to 10 seconds at a time.
This happened with Ubuntu versions 12.10 and 13.04. Also, NVIDIA drivers x86_64-319.23 and x86-64-319.32. ubuntu-bug (I assume) has tagged all the info you need. However, just in case it missed this: (EE) [mi] EQ overflow continuing. 200 events have been dropped. ALSO, I see the kernel migration/? threads are taking a LOT of CPU. Interesting: When the system locks up and I alt-tab to a terminal running top I see: 1. 2-3 mitration threads with very high CPU 2. after 5-15 seconds the migration threads disappear from top, then the game resumes.
