This issue has sat with a status of 'Incomplete' for almost nine years without any response so it is being closed as 'Invalid' although the bug may well have been fixed. Ubuntu 13.10 (saucy) reached end-of-life on July 17, 2014. Please feel free to re-open this bug report if this is still an issu
