I believe this issue exists with my Ativ Book 9 lite. The 13.10 usb boot
starts with blank screen. But 13.04 boots and installes perfectly.
I believe the issue is with kabini graphics.

I just uploaded a test build of mesa with a backport from mesa 9.2.2
that should fix this, could you give it a try and see if it actually
