Public bug reported: After switching to the low-power GPU, several applications that use OpenCL will refuse to start and crashes: for example GIMP do the follow:
(0)samsung-romano:~% gimp Setting of real/effective user Id to 0/0 failed ERROR: could not insert 'fglrx': Operation not permitted Error! Fail to load fglrx kernel module! Maybe you can switch to root user to load kernel module directly Setting of real/effective user Id to 0/0 failed ERROR: could not insert 'fglrx': Operation not permitted Error! Fail to load fglrx kernel module! Maybe you can switch to root user to load kernel module directly [4] 13150 segmentation fault (core dumped) gimp and darktable do the same. Using the high performance GPU does not create the problem (but crashes my laptop after two-three minutes of work).
