I have updated the BIOS. After this update the problem no longer
occurs.

i am also affected by this issue, in a reproducable manner, before
hybernation / suspend i start glxgears, after resume the glxgears
terminal shows this error, and will continue to report it every time i
try to start glxgears or other HW accerated opengl applications
(minecraft and AlephOne in

I get the same error when running the trackballs program, which might
be easier to investigate since it's freely available.
Is there anything else I can do to shed light on this? Additional
tests I could run? Problem is 100% repeatable.
