I think that it would be really useful if when for instance when setting
a .gif file as your desktop, for it to actually animate it as the .gif
file is animated. Because otherwise I find that you have to use third-
party utilities to make a "Live Desktop" possible.

So that if you set an animation as your desktop background for it to
actually then animate your background and not just give you a still
snapshot of it.
