I just added a memory module.
before (normal) - 4GB
total memory after (bad) - 6GB and/or 8Gb - different new modules (+2GB,

And everything works fine. Ubuntu 15.10 and Xenial
I think it is hardware problem, no Ubuntu.

I updated the BIOS. The problem was even starting PC from installation CD.
Now I can see all menues, but some defects remained. On window shadows and on
first symbols on window Title.
