Sometimes the following graphics glitch is triggered where the screen starts

This is triggered semi-randomly while using specific apps
My apologies first.
I posted about this at several places and forgot to update here.
This bug is not with the package I previously tagged.
In fact, this problem went away after I installed `xserver-xorg-video-intel`
which was not included in Lubuntu 16.04.
And it appears that I ran that apport

Could you please run the following command once from a terminal by ensuring you
have the package xdiagnose installed, and that you click the Yes button for
attaching additional debugging information:
apport-collect -p
