I have updated/upgraded my fresh XUbuntu install and no more trouble with new
updated libglx.so
With Ubuntu, freeze (media player totem) is not resolved, as Sebastien with
last updated BIOS P1.70

As Sebastien, I had the same trouble with an ASRock Q1900-ITX (BIOS set to
P1.70 03/31/2016) over XUbuntu 16.04
. No freezes any more after renaming /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libglx.so
file.

I uploaded more info by running "sudo apport-collect -p xorg 1617583".
Sorry for not giving all information the first time.
I am not sure if it makes sense to really look into the details, because I have
no idea how to reproduce the system freeze. No freeze fo
apport information
