in 16.04.

I am running Ubuntu 16.04 on a Dell XPS 13. After attaching an external
monitor via the Dell DA200 Docking Adapter, the mouse pointer is
flickering intermittently on the laptop display. On the external
monitor, everything seems to be fine.
