also, I don't think modesetting driver was yet good enough in xserver
1.18, so -intel probably is the best option on stock xenial

Hi Daniel,
Thank you for your help.
Unfortunately, the problem still exists. Still getting the error for
low-graphics during boot.
I have to select the option “continue with low-graphics” to further start the
system.
Please let me know what can i do to resolve this.

Since your CPU/GPU is fairly new, you don't need that problematic driver
installed at all.
Please try:
sudo apt remove xserver-xorg-video-intel
and then reboot.
