1. /var/crash is empty. 2. No relevant crash log in https://errors.ubuntu.com/user/ID, the youngest crash log (1) is a voluntary test crash as explained here: https://help.ubuntu.com/lts/serverguide/kernel-crash-dump.html, others are too old. 3. Nothing related with my problem. (1)
