I see the messages with higher numbers than 20ms in some bug reports so the above change won't really solve it, just reduce the number of people who see the message. Luckily, gnome-shell 40 in Ubuntu 21.10 and gnome-shell 41/42 in Ubuntu 22.04 changes the input system to fix more cases. Maybe not
