Sorry for not adding sufficient information.
However the issue is fixed now.
I uninstalled and reinstalled my dgpu drivers and now everything is fine.
If you need more information please let me know. Please know that I cannot
record a video now as I don't have the issue anymore.

This could be one of a number of different issues...
Please:
1. Attach a video or photo of the problem.
2. Next time the problem starts happening open a Terminal window and
run:
journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
and then attach the resulting text file here.

Can you please be more specific, you mention GNOME related programs, but
which programs, when doing what etc?
It may also be helpful if you create a short video (via phone) of the
issue & provide a link to it if
changed 'xorg' to 'xorg-server'
