Thanks for the bug report. Your kernel log appears to be flooded with
errors about PCI device 8086:2f03 which is the "PCI Express Root Port
1". That doesn't really tell us what the problem is, except that it's
either a hardware or kernel problem. I'm guessing it might be related to
the nouveau kernel driver.

Please reboot into the grub menu (tap Esc before Ubuntu starts), and try
booting an older kernel if you have one. If you don't have one then
please try some older and newer kernels like:
