Oh nevermind. I see the problem. You are in a Wayland session where the 'xgamma' and 'xrandr' commands are not expected to work. If you want to use them you will probably need to log into 'Ubuntu on Xorg'. I don't know of any equivalent commands for Wayland sessions, and they would need to be
