The statement "apport-bug thinks it's running on Xorg" appears to be
false. Apport created this bug and correctly identified that you are
using Wayland (see the Tags section).
While all graphics bugs do get assigned to the 'xorg' source package by
default, that's a minor annoyance and I suspect is
** Package changed: ubuntu => xorg (Ubuntu)
