Still happening with Nvidia 525.85.05-0ubuntu0.22.04.1 and Linux
6.1.0-1007-oem.
No sign of crashes anywhere.
The journal contains the following sequence:
Boot.
Suspend.
Resume. Xorg come up and everything works except the keyboard which is now dead.
Suspend.
Resume. Stuck on black VT terminal

Do you find any evidence of Xorg crashing? Either a file in /var/crash
or in the previous boot's log? You can collect the log after rebooting:
journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt
