I'm so excited to see that the video is now working perfectly in my
system :). Hats off to the guys who are behind these updates to the
Intel Video Drivers. Keep up the good work
Its the PPA drivers thats working perfectly in Ubuntu 9.04 not the stock
drivers...

Great! I'll mark the bug as closed then.
The reason it's closed with the PPA driver and not the regular is that
the PPA is a sneak preview of what's coming down the road for updates
to the normal repositories. If the PPA driver fixes something then that
fix will probably end up in the mainline
Confirmed in Jaunty with 2.7.1 driver.

Sreejith, is this still an issue on Jaunty? We're putting a lot of
effort into the -intel driver for the upcoming release, and we'd like to
send your bug upstream if possible. But first, we need to collect more
information. Please report whether the card works in Jaunty, and if not,
give the new
I didn't get time to test the Jaunty release yet. But I'll test it and put
the results here before 30th this month as I'm now away from my system
having this issue and get there only at 28th. But I'll try then and provide
as much information as you need.
