javascript that was causing a recursive function to be called via
javascript improperly. Once this was fixed the flashing hover icon no

I can replicate this bug consistently on a website that uses javascript
code from jQuery, Twitter, and Facebook. I can give the link to the

Since reinstalling with 10.10 I am also experiencing this bug. It seems
to be periodic, in that if left alone, the cursor will change with a
particular cycle, even if this is somewhat variable.

Am also experiencing this on the google reader site. The switching from
one tab to another causes normal mouse hovering for a while, using j/k
navigation keys almost immediately breaks proper hovering behavior.
