Just retested this with the latest Xorg packages in jaunty and I am able
to reenable DRI without issues. It seems that this must have been fixed
somewhen so moving this Fix Released.

Hi Andy, we definitely need to have your Xorg.0.log and your gdm logs
(from /var/log/gdm) after reproducing the issue, so we know what error
is occurring. I've seen bug reports on this chipset where they were
definitely able to get past this point, so wonder if it might be
something particular to
