Could you try to reproduce it on 9.10 alpha3 livecd and report back how
it went.

Gnome Freezes
I have tried it on 9,10 and didnt get the same problem as before. So I
guess the problem must be solved.
Dunno If i was using alpha3 thow.
That computer is sold now so I cant try any more.
