For what it's worth, I have the same monitor (LG L246WP) and am experiencing this issue on the currently daily builds for Lucid. This is a desktop system running an ATI Radeon HD 4650 (R730PRO). The monitor works fine (but fuzzy) over DVI->VGA, and shows the same cropping as comment #58. Screensho
