I had the same problem in 9.04 (both with nvidia and ati cards), and somewhat in 9.10 as well (except from the moving window-part). Whenever I resize a window, or move the window off-screen, the redraw seems to go very slowly. It's quite annoying. Whenever I try to resize something, the CPU usag
