Option "PanelSize" "1024x600" did the trick.
But it is still strange you need to manually tell xorg your panelsize, the
autodetect is still broken.

If I start Ubuntu with wlan deactivated, when I start the graphic
session I switch on the wifi key and I connect to a network it works
perfectly.
Now, the problem comes when the system is hibernated or suspended, in
