In KDE settings all refresh rates are set to the same 60Hz (But monitors' OSD
report more

Kubuntu 13.10, KDE+Openbox (no compiz), Geforce 8400 GS, Nvidia driver 304.88.
Two screens : Primary : Idek Iiyama PL2206W on DVI, 1680x1050@59.95Hz
Secondary : Samsung SyncMaster on VGA, 1280x1024@60.02Hz

This problem still exists in Lucid. I have a 1680x1050 and a 1280x1024.
Both are plugged into an nVidia 9500 GT. One with a DVI cable, the other
with a VGA-DVI converter (the small monitor doesn't support DVI). Both
