I think, this bug is the same as #469172. Aisleriot eats up all memory
and X session crashes.

Just wanted to mention that I have experienced similar crashes few times
with AisleRiot Solitaire under Ubuntu 9.10, while playing Spider.
Computer has Intel graphics card.

This is also affecting me with exactly the same issues. Regardless also
if desktop effects are enabled or not. I have attached the various
crash reports and logs, alas... I'm unsure what other attachments will
prove useful (this is my parents laptop)

This is happening to me too with Karmic. It seems to occur when I play
freecell, a slightly different game than the original report. Here is
