[Arrandale] kwin uses way too much CPU when there's no activity
Arrandale is a pretty recent chipset and it's support is still rather
incomplete (we're still fielding some bad bugs with it in natty).
It's likely that in lucid the performance is bad simply because driver
support was immature. Try updating to a newer kernel, or re-testing
against natty.
