I have an IOGear GSC1764 and am experiencing the mouse issue.
I suspect the IOGear is just a rebranded ATEN switch because `lsusb`
shows an ATEN usb hub device.

I'm experiencing the same problem with the mouse (not been running long
enough with 9.10 to verify a keyboard problem tho'). KVM = ATEN Master
View CS-1744, works perfectly with 8.10
