Getting a bit desperate now guys! Is anyone (developer staff or volunteer) looking at the O/S via 'apport-collect'? how does it work? I have looked up sites for re-installing and have found a suggestion to enter command: 'sudo dpkg-reconfigure -phigh -a' Is this a good option to rectify the

Hello again Nigel, Have attempted to re-issue the command but would not respond, possibly because it already has been given the command to allow to 'change anything' which I was successful at doing a few days ago. The developer should now be able to access the system to work on it. Thanks -
