Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xorg
If I disable one of the two monitors in my multi-monitor configuration, it doesn't turn off, but it just blanks. I have a Sanyo PLV-Z5 projector connected to my DELL Studio XPS 16 (1640). I generally watch DVDs on the projector, so I configure from Display Settings the projector to be the main monitor, and the laptop's to be "off". I'm expecting the laptop monitor to be turned off, assuming this is standard behavior (at least, the dialog says "off", and windows turns it off). I can always reproduce this behavior.
