I have similar problem. I attached dmesg, xorg.conf, Xorg.0.log and
lspci -vvnn. I will try to get the crash backtrace. After I succeed I
will attach it also.

My situation is a bit different than LimCore's. My crash occurs in
/usr/bin/fluxbox. I do attach the Apport crash report file. I am
running:
