Until today this bug is still present in my up to date Kubuntu 10.04. A view days ago I tried the Kubuntu 11.04 beta 2: opengl works and the features are present, but very, very slow and due to lack of performance the desktop effects are automaticly disabled after a view seconds. -- You receive
