The above command disables the certain touchpad options such as
scrolling. For now I've been using the pen whenever I need to right
click so hopefully a fix will be found soon.

As a workaround I enabled the accessibility option so that holding
down the left button turns into a right click.

Issuing the following command restores functionality on my HP ProBook
4320s Synaptics Touchpad. I had most functions working in Lucid, however
in Maverick only left-click and tap works.
# echo options psmouse proto=exps /etc/modprobe.d/psmouse.modprobe
Now right-click works, dragging also
