Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xorg
I've had this problem for some time (it happens maybe 5-10 times a day), but I'm only reporting it now because I had a camera handy to capture it. See the attached video (also available at <https://mywebspace.wisc.edu/lnmaurer/web/screenbug/screenbug.avi>). In the beginning of the video, nothing is updating on the screen except for the mouse. I show the clock which isn't updating. Then I try dragging some windows around; they don't move. Finally, I change desktops to a different desktop and then back to the original desktop. You can see that the windows have moved around like they should have (the plot that's on the left used to be under the plot closer to the center of the screen) and the clock is again updating normally.
