Public bug reported:

I have a problem with my 2nd monitor (VGA). There is no desktop displayed on 
it. I run System>Administration>Hardware Drivers and it came up with a 
proprietary graphics driver...I thought let me try to activate this and see my 
problem would be solved. I guess not, since I am in this bug report. Download 
takes quite long and at the end it told me installation failed and I was asked 
to write this bug report.
