Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xorg
When I plug in my external monitor after boot and then go to Preferences -> Monitors my system has a partial freeze, everything becomes laggy, mouse is unresponsive, can't go back into monitors to change the configuration. Problem also occurs when I use xrandr command in terminal. If I reboot with the external monitor plugged in the setup works fine, but then if I go into monitors and change anything (ie. primary monitor or resolution), the problems occur again.
