Kangarooo Jānis, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an
issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development
release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from
The root of the problem here is the XVidMode extension. It is used by
the game to change the resolution to 1024x768 but it is not changing the
fb size, that remains at 1366x768. When the game exits, it is leaving
the screen in the 1024x768 video mode. At that point everything gets
very confused as
