Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xorg
using an extended desktop with one, larger display above the other, maximising a window (alt-f10) in the lower display sends it to the max state in the upper window. Now, dragging the maximised window to the lower display results in various broken behaviour: the window shrinks to a strange small size, or sometimes expands to the size of the other display. But never does it dock to the lower display at the right size to be maximised there. And that is what it should do, to work like gnome and in the expected (or just not erratic) manner.
