I think I've addressed all of these concerns in the recent upload, with
the exception of wayland-scanner.
For wayland-scanner, it is expected that compositors will have their own
Wayland protocol extensions, and that it would be useful for them to use
the same protocol generation infrastructure

Still on thing which not to be fixed:
- no COPYING/LICENCE in the upstream tarball (this is really needed)
apart from that, all is good, nice work ;)
